The 2010/11 Great Places Venue Directory is Out
Alamini Design continues to work with Great Places on their integrated branding needs, including eblast campaigns, a new site launch and the release of the newly designed 2010/11 Venue Directory. The directory is designed to reflect the elegance and exclusiveness that makes Great Places "the source" for unique and exciting venues in the event planning industry.

The Release of The Real Rate Report
CT TyMetrix has teamed up with Alamini Design on the design and branding of their upcoming Real Rate Report. A collaboration between CT TyMetrix and the Corporate Executive Board, it is the only guide to the pricing of services throughout the legal industry. New York University Silver School of Social Work
Alamini Design has launched a new website for the Silver School of Social Work's 50th Anniversary. The site features a Flash timeline following the history of the school from the 1950's to present and is created to be a forum for alumni to learn about upcoming events and also share their stories with fellow alumni. New Site Launches for David Tutera
Alamini Design has launched a newly designed website for celebrity event planner and host of My Fair Wedding, David Tutera. The new site is designed to reflect the creative flair and attention to detail that has made David one of the top event planners in the industry. Fortis Foods Launches
Formerly Yarto International, this full service international commodities wholesaler and distributor, has partnered with Alamini Design to create a new branding identity for their company. The new logo design and branding system is designed to reflect the company's core sensibilities of strength, stability and innovation. The new branding system extends to placement on company communications, website and freight trucks.

2009

The Rain in Spain
Principal and Senior Creative Director, Jennifer Bergamini, has just come back from a two-week trip to Spain, traveling around the country by car from Barcelona down the coast to Granada and up to Cuenca. And yes, it did rain, but this did not slow down the cultural exploration, photographs, enjoyment of good food and wine! Jennifer finds that traveling and exploring different cultures and their art, brings inspiration and energy into her design and photography work. Stay tuned for the upcoming photos!

Michel Leroy Photography
Alamini Design is teaming up Michel Leroy on a series of six mailers (see Brochures/Promotions) to promote the accomplished photographer's work. Each mailer has a particular word as it's theme, combining typography and images to tell a story. Each mailer is followed up by an eblast. (Click here to view sample.)

Pearson White Papers
Pearson Education has asked Alamini Design to create the look and feel for an upcoming series of white papers. Each paper is focused on a specific topic of the current educational climate. Papers are targeted for distribution to educators, think tanks and government officials.

CT Lien Solutions
Alamini Design has been brought in to work with CT Lien Solutions, the leader in UCC filings in the US, on their upcoming marketing and design needs. Upcoming projects include: brochures, advertising, website updates and eblast marketing campaigns. GAME Sportswear 2009 Catalog and Advertising
For the 5th year, Alamini Design will be partnering with GAME Sportswear and GAME Workwear on their 2009 wholesale product catalogs, advertising and marketing materials.

This year's marketing concept is "Active Apparel", promoting GAME as "the source" for stylish, versatile and durable apparel for today's active lifestyle.

American Cancer Society's Hope Lodge NYC Opening
ACS is opening it's first Hope Lodge in NYC, The Jerome L. Greene Family Center, on March 4th, bringing much needed free lodging to cancer patients and their families seeking treatment at the city's world-renowned cancer facilities. In addition, the new Hope Lodge has the distinction of being the first green facility of its kind in the nation.

Continuing our long-term relationship, ACS has enlisted Alamini Design to design the marketing materials for the opening including: invitations, ads, patient story booklets, newsletter, brochures and an in-room guest book with detailed information to help guests settle in. Great Places Goes National
Great Places Publishing has announced the release of it's first National Resource Directory featuring their largest and most exciting collection to date of unique venues for social and business events.

Alamini Design will again be working with Great Places, focusing on integrated branding, building and reinforcing them as "the premiere source for great places for your next event." Focus for this year will include design of the 08/09 directory, continued website development and management, marketing collateral and eblast campaigns.

United Nations Development Programme, Bureau for Crisis Prevention and Recovery Annual Report 2007
Created in 2001, the Bureau works around the globe to restore the quality of life for people who have been devastated by natural disaster or violent conflict.

United Nations Development Programme
Surge Initiative
Started in 2006, the Surge Initiative spearheads efforts to improve UNDP's response immediately after a crisis. Alamini Design is helping to brand and bring awareness to their effort, including: development of an identity, process brochure, and In the Field Manual.

United Nations Development Programme on the Creative Economy
Alamini Design has just completed work with UNDP on their Creative Economy Report 2008. The report provides data that creative industries are among the most dynamic emerging sectors in world trade and argues for greater awareness of culture as a vital component of global capitalism (Click here to view sample.)

"All Star" Learning
Mc-Graw-Hill has chosen Alamini Design to design "All-Star", a four-level series for adult English learners featuring a picture-dictionary approach to vocabulary building.

Tax Incentives
Working with the United Nations, Alamini Design has just completed the design of a publication called: Revenue's Role in the Quest for Inclusive Development. The publication is aimed at promoting the use of successful tax practices in emerging countries. (Click here to view.)

Photographic Exhibition, Aiud, Romania
Principal and Senior Creative Director, Jennifer Bergamini, has five of her photographs accepted to the International Festival of Artistic Documentaries and Photographic Arts, in Aiud, Romania, exhibiting from October 2-4th.

Jennifer has made the study of photography a priority for the past 10 years, studying at the International Center for Photography, The New School and the Santa Fe Center for Photography. She has photographed extensively throughout the US and Europe, with an emphasis on street photography and portraits.

Salvadori Center
Founded by engineer and Columbia University Professor Mario Salvadori, the Salvadori Center introduces teachers and students to the wonder, beauty, and logic of architecture and engineering.

The center has chosen Alamini Design to update their logo design to reflect today's modern world as well as place an emphasis on the importance of "green" engineering and architecture. (Click here to view logo.)

2007

Great Places
Alamini Design is pleased to announce the launch of the new Great Places website. The site has been redesigned with a modern, elegant feel, providing the perfect showcase for their advertisers. A content management system has been set up to make day to day management easier, as well as providing a platform for the client's expanding online needs.

Unit for South-South Cooperation Website Redesign
Working within the United Nations Development Programme, The Special Unit for South-South Cooperation promotes, coordinates and supports South-South cooperation globally and within the UN system.

The Unit has asked Alamini Design to work with them on creating a new website design that matches their increased profile and scope of work, including: an e-library, online contribution submission, event calendar and advanced search capabilities.

8-Point Agenda Campaign, United Nations Development Programme
Alamini Design has created a poster for UNDP's 8-Point Agenda Campaign: Practical, positive outcomes for women and girls in crisis. The concept is "Empower Women. Transform Society."
