The Objective
TyMetrix (a Wolters Kluwer company), the global leader in legal performance management, needed a website and marketing materials that effectively presented its innovative offerings.
The Strategy
Conceive a fresh solution to help TyMetrix reinforce itself as a global and thought leader, and apply that branding to a dynamic website for US and European markets.
The Results
We developed a strong and vibrant design and branding for the TyMetrix website that successfully conveyed the company's leadership position in its field. To accommodate the firm's constantly-evolving product development and marketing objectives, we developed a custom-built content management system for easy internal updating of critical information. We also provided product branding and positioning for one of TyMetrix's groundbreaking products, the Real Rate Report, a guide to the pricing of services throughout the legal industry. This included a product website to promote and sell the report and related products, as well as print and online advertising and email campaigns.
CT Lien Solutions IntelliChart™ Campaign
The Objective
CT Lien Solutions, which provides comprehensive lien solutions, recording services, and life-of-loan services to lenders, law firms and corporate borrowers nationwide, was seeking to market a new product, IntelliChart™, targeting law firm paralegals and paralegal managers.
The Strategy
Leverage existing in-house work to develop a theme and visuals that highlight user experiences, focusing on how IntelliChart™ is a time-saver that allows users to spend their time on analytic, rather than clerical, functions.
The Results
We developed a thematically-related suite of materials—print ads, banner ads, a brochure, a landing page, and a video—that included testimonials we gathered from paralegals.
Great Places Website and Print Directory
The Objective
Great Places, a leading venue and service resource for the event industry, needed to update its branding with a new look and feel and cohesive messaging that positioned it as the industry leader in an upscale market.
The Strategy
Working with the new tagline "Great Events Start with Great Places," create new branding and apply it across a range of materials to raise the company's profile in the event business as "the resource for upscale, unique venues."
The Results
We implemented a complete rebranding and restructuring of the website, creating an impactful image-based design that was more useful to advertisers as well as users; the site featured an easily-updated content management system and a detailed, user-friendly search function. We also re-envisioned the design of the Great Places print directory to reflect the high-end nature of the company's business; event planners say they look forward to receiving it because they love the design, and keep them longer than other publications. And we carried through the new branding to all marketing materials, including banner ads and eblasts.
Fortis Foods Brand Identity
The Objective
Fortis Foods, a leading marketer and distributor of food and agricultural products between the US and Central/South America, wanted to rebrand itself under its new name after widespread internal changes.
The Strategy
Use our extensive background in creating brand identities and strategic communication tools to establish Fortis's new identity with all of its audiences.
The Results
We created a logo that effectively positioned Fortis as a strong leader in the marketplace—a reliable, consistent, trustworthy company with exceptional logistical management abilities—and helped apply the logo design to various marketing materials.
CT Service Campaign
The Objective
CT, a Wolters Kluwer company that is a leading provider of incorporation, legal, compliance, and trademark solutions, needed marketing materials for a trade show campaign for paralegals highlighting the service team and its commitment to providing superior customer service. The company wanted to convey the team's depth of knowledge and experience as they partner with clients to get the job done right.

Emphasize CT's exceptional customer service by featuring the sales team that works directly with clients.
The Results
The concept for the campaign materials we developed, which included tradeshow signage, a brochure and a PowerPoint presentation, centered on quotes we obtained from interviews with sales team members, reinforced by photos we took of select team members.
